Can I start ADS

Hi I’m new to PE. I started about 1 month ago. I’d like to know if it’s too early to start ADS? Thanks

Not really.. ADS is actually more non-intrusive than most of manual exercises.

You can start ADS. ADS will facilitate your manual routines.

The goal of newbie routine is to get to know your penis. See what works and doesn’t.

I recommend you give the newb routine two months before spending cash on an ADS.

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

Goal: EL: 7.25" x EG: 6.2" x FL: 4"

There are a few options of ADS.

1) home-made version (strap style)

commercial products:
2) Monty’s Captain Wench and/or Golf Weights

3) Monkey’s vacADS

There are basically two types of ADS. The vac suction cup and strap style (where you wrap the area just below your penis and pull).
