Can PE cause penile cancers

Hi all.

This is just something that popped up into my head that I don’t think has been questioned before.

Since we are making changes to the tissue of the penis, could this somehow lead to cancers forming in the future?

No.

Everything causes cancer, so I’m sure there will be some connection, some day.

Deforming penile tissue won’t lead to cancer. Mutating penile tissue may lead to cancer.

PE is actually some kind of exercise for the smooth muscle inside the penis. Muscles tend to grow, when put to some kind of stress.
Healthy muscles or healthy tissue is less likely to develop some kind of cancer. It all differs from person to person though.
