Can smoking affect PE

Can smoking affect PE

Hi,

I drink a lot of coffee, beer, and I am also a heavy smoker. Is this bad for PE-ing? Will I get any results? Or should I quit smoking?

You smoke alot of what?

August 4 2007 NBPEL:6.5 EG:5.25 FL:4.25 BP:7

Now NBPEL:8 EG:5.5 FL:5 BP:8.5

Typically when people don’t specify I would assume they mean cigarettes.

Raul2307,

From what I’ve seen around this forum many people agree that smoking is not good for PE. If you search for it with the search function, I am sure you could dig up previous articles on the topic.

It’s not good for PE, but I do the same as you and I have also gained 2” full inches in length.

Certainly it affects PE. Smoking causes death. When you die, you stop making progress.

I have been a smoker and non smoker several times during my PE ‘career’. The biggest difference I have found is that I get far more ‘red spots’ with far less intensity when I am smoking. My penis is healthier when I’m not smoking.

How smoking affects your PE is the least of your worries.

Smoking causes poor circulation…especially to the ‘extremities’. Do the math.

Poor circulation = smaller flaccid and slow gains.

Not to mention smoking induces impotence over time(maybe due to the poor circulation somehow).

Smoking and poor diet causes problems when I PE. I notice when I’m on a good diet and not smoking everything feels and looks healthier.

You mean no gains to absolute shrinkage!

I have nothing to add. :)

I smoke and have gained from 6.6" BPEL/5.3" EG to 7.2" BPEL/5.4" EG from between June 2007 and now. I took a 2 week holiday break and measured yesterday.

I’d recommend smokers take 2-3 grams of Vitamin C spread throughout the day. Studies seem to indicate that Vitamin C improves circulation as well as having other benefits.

Here’s an example: http://circ.aha journals.org/cg … abstract/94/1/6

I quote from the conclusion of the article (for those who may not have access to it):

"Conclusions: The present studies demonstrate that the antioxidant vitamin C markedly improves endothelium-dependent responses in chronic smokers. This observation supports the concept that endothelial dysfunction in chronic smokers is at least in part mediated by enhanced formation of oxygen-derived free radicals"

PS: this is not an endorsement for smoking - just balancing the views here
