Can U Hang Light Weight And Use A Stretcher The Same Day

Currently hanging with 2.5 pounds,worked my way up to that slowly adding heat before and after,but my question is can you combine the penis master pro with the routine I’ve been using a stretcher for a little over a year . Been doing pe for 2 1/2 years. Should I keep hanging for more length or combine the two, any advice would be appreciated

In my opinion, hanging and an extender are complimentary techniques. I have been usin an extender for over five years and the best gains I made were during the three months I was using a sock hanger. I built the weight up to 12 lbs. before I had to quit for privacy reasons.

This is my routine was wearing the penis master pro for 3 to 4 hours a day with heat for about a year and a half was getting pretty good gains but they started to slow down alot and wearing the anti turtle sleeve pretty much all day .Then some days I would wear the 9 oz cap with the sleeve and then slowly .After a while I would tape both weights together 14 and 9 oz .MY question is do you think it would be a good to alternate days stretcher then hanging or vise versa .Some people on the forum say u shouldn’t do both.Thanks.

Just listen to your dick. It will tell you if both modalities are just right, or too much. Monitor your PI

Thanks for the info,greatly appreciated.I’m typing to go by the guidelines of hanging101 then using the penis master pro every other day with lots of heat ,watching my erection quality and taking it slowly.I’ve gained1 inch BPEL.Thanks again u guys have been a big help.
