can you do the V stretch everday

I’m taking a break from jelqing and ads every couple days, but I wanted to know if there are any stretches such as the V stretch that u can do everyday. I did search ,but I got different opinions.

You are probably going to get different opinions in this thread as well.

I would say the deciding factor is how the stretches affect you personally. If they leave you fatigued and in need of a rest day then take it, but if you stretch everyday and you are not getting any negative PI then your body is telling you it is ok.
