I kegelled a few years ago and was doing a hard/long routine at the time it seemed like I injured myself. I started noticing that on one side I was aching and kept doing it for a while until I realized that it wasn’t getting better. Any time now that I start kegelling again I start to notice the ache coming back. It’s a dull ache on the right side but it’s there all day long. So once again I have to stop kegels. Frustrating. Did I permantly injury myself? How do I get over this, I want to kegel because my EQ has been shit lately.


Pre-PE: BPEL 6.25" NBPEL 5.8" EG 5.75 " Now: BPEL 7" NBPEL 6.5" EG 5.95"

Final goal: BPEL 7.5" NBPEL 7" EG 6"

If you have had the problem that long, and it won’t go away. Then a visit to the doctor would seem a good move.

No need to tell him how you got it as He/she will assume you have strained it lifting etc.. But these things are best sorted.

Yea I’d definately go talk to a doctor and have someone take an in-depth look at it. If it’s been this long and it still hurts to do, it’s time to go in. Plus kegeling is so important when it comes to PE and good EQ its something you need to make a priority. There could also be some kind of scar tissue left over from an injury that you’re feeling, depending on where exactly you’re feeling the pain, but that again is something for a doctor to look at, I merely play a charming, witty, one on television ;) .


one month in (as of 02/12/09): 8.15" BPEL, 7.4" NBPEL, 5.6"EG, (5"-6.5" varying) FL, 4.75" FG, Height: 6'1", Weight: 190 lbs.

Currently (as of 04/3/09): 8.50" BPEL, 7.6" NBPEL, 5.7"EG, (5.5"-7" varying) FL, 4.75" FG, Height: 6'1", Weight: 175 lbs. (final semester of Computer Science > Gym :( )

Goals (in the next 6 months): 8.60" BPEL, 7.8" NBPEL, 6" EG, 7" FL, 5" FG, (still hopefully 6'1"), Weight: 200 lbs.
