Can't stretch - keep getting erect?

I understand one of the requirements for manual stretching is that you have to remain flaccid. However, one issue is that after warming up, I tend to get erect when I start stretching. Even if I wait for it to just die down, once I start stretching, it happens again. Any way to combat this?

Sometimes I have it too, I just move to jelqs and skip stretches. But in this case I double the jelqs.

Happens to me too. Not as often as when I first started PE. You’ll get somewhat desensitized to stretching the more you workout.

Jelq first. It’ll tucker you out, and you’ll warm up and get a better stretch anyway.

And as stated, you’ll stop getting boners at some point, or at least enough that you can work. Right now it feels strange and good and it sets you off.
