Need help here guys. Past couple months I can only get a 80% erection . Over did it once when I started clamping ,an never got my full EQ back. I took a break for a month an got myself back to the 80% erection . Then started back up on my routine ,an even cut it in half, so I wasn’t over doing it, an left out clamping, cause guess I’m not ready for that. But my half routine seem to drain me back down to no erection at all an even playing with it, is hard to get up. Did I damage some nerves are what? An now I took a break again , going on two weeks now an still the same 80% an hard to get to that point. Any advice here would help guys lost on what to do to get my awesome erections back, was wondering tho would taken cialis help bring me back up an fix my issue? I guess cause I was clamping for 10 minutes every other day ani was sumerged in the tub in hot water to felt awesome had good gains at first then in a mater of like a month in just lost EQ. There was no pain what so ever , just always fell drained any more .

I’m 37.1 weigh 165. Not much body fat there, I don’t exercise. Besides PE. An I jelq mostly 10 min ,warm up .10 min, jelq , an 3 minute ulis. 10min warm down. Usually 2 on one off. Four bottles of water at least a day. Eat anywere from wendys to subway to burger king at work during week . But I don’t think I’m that you healthy of a eater, most stuff I eat is chicken ,salads, fish veggies at these fast foods, ya some fries too. Yes I’m in a relationship an we been going threw on an off hell an we don’t see each other much. But I’ve had a stressful relationship with this woman for year. An she still always made me rock hard just looking at here r hearing her voice I would get aroused. But things have been the tuffist with her then ever be for we almost split up so.don’t do drugs. Take 2000 mg fishoil daily 2000 iu off vitiman e, an 1000 mg of vitiman c, 81mg baby aspirin.

Hmm mine is all grass fed beef and organic everything, on top of that I make sure there are no processed foods in my diet, health is your best asset

So If I’m understanding you right koko107, you over did it to begin with about a month and a half ago and took a month off. Then you started back on with about half the intensity lost your erection after you were done (for a couple days I presume), and 2 weeks later you’re still doing 2 on 1 off and complaining about being 80% when you want 100% every time? Am I getting that right?

Look the short answer you’re looking for is you’re going to be fine! You do not need cialis unless your goal is to medically induce a priapism and screw with your heart rate and blood pressure among other things. You’re young, you don’t need it period. What you really need more time off than 2 on 1 off. I don’t know why TP prescribes that but I’ve seen far too many guys over training with it over the last few years. Stick with just one day of serious PE a week and do some very light wet jelqs and edging the other 5 days, with one full day off. Odds are very strong that you’ve been over training and still need more time off, like 2-3 months worth.

And in the future don’t train in the same week until you can get an erection again and either add a very little bit of intensity or take some away, but don’t keep repeating things that aren’t working for you. The biggest thing about PE is you need to allow your penis to heal again for it to get bigger or the injuries will only get worse over time, and take notes over everything. It will only take you a few minutes a day to jot something down but it will help you more in the future than you could ever realize.

Thegreatdivider” yeah you’re close with it. Month off. Started back at 80% for like 2weeks with 2 on 10ff. Then stopped all again, cause losen erections period. 2 weeks now no PE again.. No notice of any feeling coming back .night woods r rare an not 100%. Visual stimulation is like impossible. But yeah I feel ya on what you’re saying. Just hate to take that much time off on my dam PE. But gotta do whatcha gotta do I guess. Let you no how it goes thanks.

Behemoth”. No don’t have six pack ,am athletic looking though. An this stress with my woman has been on an off for 8 years, an never had issues like this with my EQ before till PE started in my life so. I’m sure exercise does help, use to run 2 miles a day 200 sit ups 200 push ups a day. Felt lot more strength. Never felt change in my EQ over it though. I’m sure it helps with it some though.

Thegreatdivider”’ trying to take you’re advice here like u said to take more time off like 2 to three months like u said , but man its just hard to want to stop for so long, I kinda went back to the newbie routien other day just to see what would happen. Did 5 minute warm up , 5 minute v stretches, an 5 minute flaccid stretches over rist. An 5 minute jelqs ,then 5 minute warm down. An felt well hung most the day at work, a he felt alive all day. Then like later in the day it just dies off. Just want that dam feeling back down there like I once did an those rock hard erections. I no I need to listen to u tho an break even longer .easier said then done tho. I get up to a month an I’m wanting to jump back into it no matter what ,
