I’m uncut, but it pretty much retracts all of the way when I’m hard. It doesn’t cover much, I should say. In Sex Ed when they were saying to ‘Pull the foreskin back’ to take a piss, I didn’t understand what they were talking about because it never got in the way. When I’m hard (at least like a 7), it retracts fully back and I can see the ridge where the head meets the shaft without a lot of ‘slack’.

I’ve never gotten complaints, but I’m relatively young and the women I’ve been with aren’t really experienced, and I was probably many of their their first dick. However, can women usually tell the difference between a cut penis and one with lose foreskin that doesn’t really get in the way?

I think you will find that most uncut guys have that happen. It’s quite normal and exposes the glans which gives more sensitivity. Which in turn leads to an orgasm.
