Clamping newbie
Hi guys I’ve been doing PE for 2 months now, and I just read a thread and I realized that the girth exercises are the best for me, so I tried clamping the most effective girth exercise that I know I did it with tie like Razielicek, couldn’t buy a cable clamp yet but I’ll, so here are my doubts. How long should I wait between clamp sets?? I know I need to make the blood flow. Am I supposed to keep a hard on during the 10 minutes set?? I noticed the tie doesn’t choke completely my unit so I can go 60% flaccid while clamping but my unit stays very veiny and I know 10 minutes it’s a base set but I think it isn’t enough for me I didn’t had any tingling, pain, numbness or darkening but I also didn’t notice it engorged after the 3 sets should I increase the time for 15 min sets?? Ill stick with the 10 minutes for couple weeks I know clamping is a heavy exercise and I need to get used to it before pushing forward. I hope don’t piss out any vets with my thread :P don’t want to be another newbie guy that makes vets explain all over again about clamping I read some threads but still missed some stuff, Thanks to all repliers.
