So I did my first clamping session yesterday. And I was fairly impressed with the workout I felt like I got. Since it recommended to do 3x10 minute sets to start with I decided to do that. But when I got to 7-9 minutes my dick become kind off cold. So I stopped. Anyway, will my dick become conditioned and not get cold for longer periods of time, or am I clamping to tight? My girth only increased about .2-.25 during the clamp. Also, how much of you girth gains would you guys credit clamping with?

Hard:

You don’t have to stay in the clamp the full ten minutes to make gains. The 10 minute rule is more of a max time than a minimum. Every dick is different, and if you are getting a cold head at ten minutes, I’d release at eight. More sets less time and pressure is most effective and safe.

Your join date is only Feb you probably shouldn’t be clamping at all. Have you sufficiently conditioned your shaft for clamping?

If not, finish your newbie routine, do your homework, brush your teeth and go to bed.

Thanks for the quick reply girtha. I have been jelqing for 2 years, just never got that much for gains out of it. About a half a inch in girth and length. I personally feel that I am pretty conditioned. I went through a session of about 3 months were I gained the most on my girth and I was jelqing real hard, about 90-95 erections. My biggest concerns with PE are rashes because I have very sensitive skin.

Also, is 10 minutes the max for everybody or just people new to clamping?

10 minutes is what Big Girtha, and a lot of other people recommend for ANYONE, not just newbies. Yor dick needs fresh oxygenated blood to prevent tissue damage. 10 minutes works to make gains and avoid problems. I haven’t read too much of anyone who recommends more than this. If you want more of a workout, do more sets, but stick to 10 minutes per set.

Actually the 10 minute rule was originally suggested by Bib. For me it is about as long as I can hold a good engorgement without getting loss of sensation in the glands. However there are those veteran clampers out there such as aristocane and RedZulu who stay in the clamp much longer without apparent injury. I think the longer you work with clamps the longer you can push the time limit. However I know a doctor who highly disagrees with clamping altogether, so I guess it is pretty much up to the individual as to how long to clamp or whether to clamp at all.

Yeah, originally I would have probably not clamped, but since my gains have been so slight I kindoff feel like I should just go for it. Hey, two workouts down and my dick is fine so Ill keep going.

I agree. Half inch girth gain is a lot. You have to think total penile volume, here. That is what women see, and that is what they feel.

Yeah, I guess it is a decent gain. It defiantly looks completely different and I think a gain from 4.5 to 5 inch girth is a big gain for sex. At least I felt a huge difference and much more confidence.
