I’ve been casually browsing the forums for some time now and figured I’d join in on the discussion and starting my journey with PE. I am 33 years old, happily married and want to improve myself for more selfish reasons. I wouldn’t ever want my wife to know because she might jump to the wrong conclusions with the reasoning behind it so I’m trying to keep this a secret.

Currently my BPEL is just over 6” with a girth of right around 5”. I’m a pretty short guy, 5’6” and about 30-35 lbs overweight at the moment so I’m secretly hoping there’s some more length hidden in there (haha!). I am also casually working out and hope to lose that weight in the coming months.

Anyway, I have three goals: 1) increase my length by 0.5”-1” if that’s at all possible, 2) increase the girth (if it’s even necessary), and 3) have bigger loads.

I don’t think I can try an extender so I’ve been casually and secretly trying some of the stretches and also started taking some of the supplements I’ve read about in other forums: L-Arginine, Zinc, Pygeum, Lecithin & Celery Seed.

Anyway, I would love to get some feedback and suggestions on what I should be focusing on exactly besides the newbie routines. It’s a bit overwhelming with the wealth of great information on this site, so any specific tips would be great.

Hey welcome! And gains are possible! I’ve been doing this around 3 months. Not long at all but have already noticed small gains in girth and much harder erections. I just mainly do manual stretches kegel and jelqs. Warm ups and warm downs are very Important. Good luck!

Welcome, read as much as you can, start with “less is more” and “physiological indicators” threads, go on from there, focus on the quality of you jelqs and stretches, learn how your body reacts to intensity and exercises, be consistent and patient (not easy).

You don’t need neither extenders nor supplements.

Really there is nothing that is going to be as beneficial to you in the first 3 months as following the Newbie Routine; you may well find it is all you ever need. It shouldn’t be called the Newbie Routine, it should be called the Foundation Routine, because it will always form an important part of your PE.

I got about an inch of length during my newbie period from something really similar to linear newbie!

That being said, jsthavinfun, your mileage may very. But I bet you will have some good results with it.

Also coconut oil is the best for jelqing. Added bonus is a tropical Nice smell 😉
