Recently I’ve been doing about 100-200dry jelqs and about 2-3 30-50sec stretches all within my shower and getting ready routine, 5 days on 2 days off. I figure the privacy of a bathroom, heat from the shower, and things like washing hair and brushing teeth to do between sets makes for a perfect time to keep on a regular schedule of PE.

However, recently I’ve noticed I haven’t been waking up to any morning wood and haven’t had any noticeable night wood and sometimes when I get back from working out or basically random given times the glands on my head feel colder than the shaft and the rest of things.

Could this mean poor circulation? Not good blood flow. I have done I’d say about 2 full months of consistent PE before this, so I’m not 100% new, I feel I’m ready to ease into the dry jelq, but I’m concerned about this. My hands and feet are always cold, unusually cold compared to most people so this does not surprise me but I’m still concerned. Any ideas?

Also, EQ has not gone down at all. If anything it’s better than it has ever been (probably between 7-9 with no female present). Haven’t measured in a while, but girth seems to be improving for sure, maybe length a little, if at all.

Do me a favor, call and make an appointment with the family doctor. While you live in a very cold part of the country, your symptoms concern me.

I’m glad that the EQ hasn’t been affected yet, but the coldness of the glans, hands, feet do concern me.

I agree. I used to live in Iceland, which believe it or not, isn’t as cold as MN. I experienced the same thing - coldness in my extremites. I went to the doctor and he told me to get into the gym. I did and by getting my cardio up, it helped with my circulation.

That said, definitely get to the doctor. You never know, it may be something else.

All right so I talked to people at my health services center on my school campus and it basically informed me that if it gets any worse I should get some blood tests done, but as of right now it’s not serious enough to be an issue. My parents were both pretty heavy smokers, I myself have been known to be a rather consistent smoker, but I stopped drinking almost entirely a few years ago, and I’m not smoking even a 1/3rd as much as I used to. Also I’ve been taking AAKG, half doses about every other day to help with the PE and to help with my circulation in general.

I also figured out that the glands in my penis seem cold suggesting not enough blood flow, only when and after I’m done working out. Almost as if my body is redirecting blood to other parts of the body to compensate for extreme physical stress. However, always when I’m done working out I come back to my apartment, shower, do some PE and get ready, almost as if to counter that.

In sum, my cold extremities have been improving, and my cold glands have only been cold during work outs, and I currently am attempting to counter that.

Does anyone have any more feedback they could give me? Or any tips that would help I’d greatly appreciate it.
I’ve also noticed that my EQ has basically sky rocketed, which is cool and all, but it makes it really difficult to stretch, basically impossible actually. My routine lately has been more stretch based, with some dry / wet jelqs to cement girth and help with the stretches. However, since my EQ is so high, why do I get cold glands on occasion?

Need advice! Very confused!
