Confused about my next move

Confused about my next move

Hey Guys, I’m kinda confused as to how I should progress in my PE routine? I have just came back from a break and have been back since end of November and the routine I have been doing is about 5 rounds of stretching (down,up,left, right, forward) for 45 seconds each. Then I’m currently up to 130 jelqs. My question is should I add anything to my routine? I am very familiar with stretching and jelqing and this is what I have been doing since I first began PEing but anything else like BTC stretching or v stretching or horse squeezes etc.. Is foreign to me and I am unsure if I should add anything to my routine or just keep add jelqs and seconds to my stretching? Please someone help me!

How long have you been at it viva51? Have you seen any gains yet?

I have been PEing on and off since 2006. Yes I have seen gains but when I took a break due to an injury I lost some of my gains. My current stats are BPEL 7 1/8-1/4” and EG 5 1/4”.

I have posted similarly. Someone needs to come up with a graduate routine that is the next step up for someone who has been doing 3+ months of PE. I suspect the next level of routine depends on your personal goals. Different adjustments for length or girth respectively.

I have been warned not to touch horse stretches for risk of injury.

Thanks ginger7, I want to gain both length and girth still so I’m just unsure of the direction I should take with my routine.

I second this option:

but, the point I’m missing is : how your routine has worked lately? Good? Bad?

My routine has been going good. I have only been back at my routine for about 2 1/2 months now. However, before I got injured I had my jelqs at about 220 and 4-5 rounds of stretching for about 45 seconds each. My current stats are BPEL 7 1/8-1/4” EG 5 1/8-1/4” My max that I have been to is BPEL 7 1/2” and EG 5 1/4” which took me about 4-5 months to get to. So should I just keep increasing my jelqs? Please give me some feedback! Thanks!

If it’s working don’t change a thing, for Godsake!!

:)

Thanks I get that but for how much longer should I stay on this routine? I mean it’s just stretching and jelqing. Which is not bad but if at the 6 month mark I’m not where I was before I think I should change it up! I thought about trying Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism

What do you guys think?

Yo any thoughts guys! Please help! Thanks

When you are not having anymore gains, the first thing to do is getting a decon break, and after re-start with the routine that has worked. If this time the routine doesn’t work, you can try something different. Mem’s routine is a good one; another good one could be the bennett8'.

The basic point to understand is: ‘newbie routine’ is a misnomer, there are great gainers around here who have done just the newbie routine for years.

Thanks man! So wait why take a break?

Because the body doesn’t grow day after day, basically. After a while, anything you do can’t do nothing but that adding stress whitout leading to grow. Taking a break allows the recover that maybe your penis needs, and could allow a new ‘growing phase’.

Ok so I took a break. Has been about a month since I have done pe. That might have been too long of a break. Do I need to cut my routine in half? Know it probably wouldn’t be good to start back up exactly where I was. I was doing 4 stretches down , up, left, right, forward for 45 seconds each. And I was up to 160 jelqs. Do I need to cut this in half? Please help.

I went on a semi-break/ semi-maintenance routine, which just wasn’t up to the job of maintaining my gains. I am back on the newbie routine again. Stretching is no problem, but jelqing is really tiring my unit. I figured this is because of coming back with a good jelqing technique which more efficiently works out my penis. I am doing much less in terms of jelqing now, and gaining all those lost gains at a rapid rate. So yes, definitely cut them in half. If after a week or so, you think you can increase the number, why not? Just do it slowly.

And don’t forget, if the original injury was because of PE alone, then that was not an excessive amount of PE-ing to do, so take it easy! I have to agree with Marinera about the newbie routine not just being a newbie routine… it is the bedrock of good penis health, and the foundation for growth at all stages in a PE career. If you want to add stuff to it, then do it very slowly, and carefully. Better to go softly into new exercises and feel them out gradually before going full blast at them. After all you wouldn’t bench press 300lb after doing a couple of press ups a few times every week. Good luck with the PE.
