So as a follow up to my first post last week, I figured I’d come back with some more questions about the soreness/discomfort I’ve been experiencing since. For those that didn’t read the first post, I completed the newbie routine three times and was just sore enough to be worrying about some issues.

Now, it’s worth noting that I have pretty high health anxiety therefore I’ve been reluctant to finally start PE. I’ve also read on here that 99% of injuries mainly are minor and go away within a few days or weeks. With that being said, I think I’ve figured out the location of my discomfort/soreness and it’s not even in the penis. It’s in the testicles. It has basically felt like this ever since the last session. I’ve been on the injuries board a few times and have really only seen the standards such as spots, discoloration, thrombosed veins, etc.. However, I am completely lost on why it feels like I have constant blue balls.

I only masturbate once or twice a week and don’t even watch porn so the lack thereof has never been an issue. I have since then masturbated just to see if this would go away and it hasn’t. It’s not the major type of pain that blue balls can have but it’s enough to be discomforting. Is this typical or am I looking at something strange here? I almost refuse to believe that this could have been caused by just three newbie routines. Unless this is the result of jelqing too hard or stretching too hard. Both of which is a possibility since I’m new. I also workout pretty heavily and started back up after about a two week break so maybe that is a contributor? Sometimes it feels as if the top of the groin is sore but I attributed that to the abs workout.

The most important factor is that my dick isn’t really sore although it can feel a little sore while peeing. Sorry for the long post, I just want to make sure I can get started back on the easy path and stop putting this off. What am I looking at here?

Testicular pain could be a variocele. This, if you give it a search, may yield some of the symptoms you’re experiencing. It is likely you’ve aggravated an already existing condition with your attempts at the Newbie Routine.
