You are doing your own convoluted variation of a Wally Wally Up exercise. They do work. If you like it, and you are therefore doing it regularly, you should see the same benefits from it that just about any Kegel exercise gives you. As I said before: an exercise you do beats an exercise you don’t do. There are some that argue the more intense Kegel variations (i.e. Wally Wally Up type things) work more efficiently. westla, myself, and others here do not agree, or at least feel that the benefits of doing these things are not so overwhelmingly great that they merit any special attention.
However, if you like them, they will do the job. So knock yourself out.
