I like crossfit and try to do it all the time, here is my idea on a training routine for jelqing

1 day on 1 day off for 3 workouts with the day that should be the fourth workout being a stretching and maintenance day.

X=workout

X-0-x-0-x-0-M-x-0-x-0-x-M

Does that make sense? It seems the most logical and eq saving way to workout, just like you would other muscles in your body. Also not doing to much of it works for me. I did a few hundred a few times and my dick stopped working all together! Completely stopped!

I am a less is more guy and so will follow this routine with just 5-10 minutes of heated, dry jelqing and I hope to make gains.

What is the difference between the large X and small x?


BPEL - 5 5/8" --- Goal 6"

MSEG - 4.5 " ---- Goal 4.75 "

Yeah just like crossfit it’s the most efficient way to workout. I don’t know if the stretching part matters but it nevers hurts to stretch. Am doing day 1 right now pce

I think that giving the unit time to recover from an intense work out is a good idea. Jelqing, when done properly, is an intense work out that can be underestimated in it’s ability to stress the dick.

Let us know how things are working out with the crossdick in a couple of months or so.

Well, talking about crosstraining, could you use something like p90x or insanity that used muscle confusion to aid as well? Like mix stretches in with dry jelqs or something, instead of doing two separate sets?
