CrossDick mini cycle training
I like crossfit and try to do it all the time, here is my idea on a training routine for jelqing
1 day on 1 day off for 3 workouts with the day that should be the fourth workout being a stretching and maintenance day.

Does that make sense? It seems the most logical and eq saving way to workout, just like you would other muscles in your body. Also not doing to much of it works for me. I did a few hundred a few times and my dick stopped working all together! Completely stopped!
I am a less is more guy and so will follow this routine with just 5-10 minutes of heated, dry jelqing and I hope to make gains.
