Damn girth!!!

I have gained 1.5” in about 7 months (from 6” to 7.5”) in length yet zero girth gain although I did pumping + manual girth exercises (horse, uli, etc) for a real while. When I pumped and manual girth exercised my girth went upto 5” from 4.5” (base girth went upto 5.3”) but it was temporary and now I have 4.5” midshaft girth again. My base girth is now 5” and I’d be more than happy if only I could have that at midshaft too. Someone said “girth is a bitch” before. No it’s not - it is a whore!!! :mad:

I’ll hit 8” in less than 6 months I guess (still gaining) and yet 4.5” girth ffs!!! :hmh:

Lol I laugh because I think the majority of us have or will run into this frustration at some point. Hang in there and keep trying different girth exercises and you will eventually find your secret recipe!

Are you using heat during your workouts and doing a good cool down at the end(in an expanded state)? If not, then it will definitely help you cement a good portion of that expansion.

What’s a good cool down method that you would recommend? I’ve just been doing a warm-up hot wrap before and after each session. I didn’t know about a cool down method.

You seem like me. Months ago I had been trying to gain girth, yet when I did squeezes, compressions, pumping and jelqing (With minimal length exercises) I gained temporary girth which translated into length gains afterwards. Now that Ive been focusing on length exercises for almost a half year I havent gained shit, funny aint it?

When I started PE back in March I saw a little amount of length gain in BPEL (but not NBPEL), but I was able to gain .5 in girth by cloth clamping. I had to stop for a few months due to overtraining but the .5 in gain is still there.

Try this:

Take an old sock and cut off the cuff with a pair of scissors. It should now look like a wrist band.

Heat up your penis for ten minutes with a heating pad (or use your leftover material to make a rice sock.)

Put your shaft through the cuff and bring it as close to the base as possible. (I recommend doing this while flaccid for the first few times.) Now tug on one end of the cuff, twist it once to form a loop, then bring the loop back up and over the shaft. Push the original loop and the second loop as much as you can into your base and wait.

The first thing you’ll notice is a feeling of soreness. Suddenly your shaft engorges (it helps to kegel) and it feels thicker than before. If you measure yourself you’ll probably notice an increase by .5 inches just by being clamped by the cuff.

After 5 minutes of doing this you can easily slide the cuff off and slowly revert back to normal size. Warm down after this is done because you’ll definitely be feeling sore.

When I originally did this I waited a few weeks and then I added this to my edging sessions and was able to keep it on for thirty minutes. I had actually gained more than .5 inches in just three months, and while clamped I saw an increase to 6 inches in girth. It was incredible!

But like I said I overtrained badly. Around mid June my new size was 5.6 in girth (bordering on 5.7) and my EQ was really high. But then I woke up on June 20th with a very low EQ. My girth decreased to 5.3, the shaft felt firm and the head wouldn’t expand, and I lost some of my original length too. It’s now October and I’m still recovering from whatever happened back in June. (I can usually only get the girth up to 5.5 without being clamped, but my EQ is still mediocre.)

So try this method if you’d like but don’t get too greedy like I did. If you end up gaining .3 - .5 inches after a few weeks stop immediately and do stuff like jelqing and stretching instead. You’ll definitely feel like nothing can go wrong but oh man does it ever go wrong.


3/13/09 - BPEL - 7.2 EL - 6.7 EG - 5.0

4/20/10 - BPEL - 7.5 EL - 7.0 EG - 5.6-5.9 depending on EQ

I didn’t realize it would take you that length of time to recover from a pe exercise!?

I’d recommend going to the doctors just for precaution because, me personally, if any injury takes more than 5 days to heal it’s probably quite serious and may become worse if left untreated.

Better safe than sorry.

WOW vanillavutte! This sounds like a method I will try after I have conditioned my penis long enough to try things other than just the newbie routine. Very gradually and with extreme caution, of course. Thanks for the explanation!

Well the weird thing is is that I had experienced that injury before for two weeks back in May, but it healed and my EQ was stronger than ever. Then it took a nosedive and remained like that throughout the summer, slowly recovering every week. (Girth went back to being 5.5, NBPEL rose up to 6.5-7 after being under 6 inches due to the injury. BPEL was 7in for a while but is slowly rising back up.)

If I had a doctor or a car to see the doctor or a job to afford a doctor I’d go see him, but I was assuming what was keeping the PE injury from healing properly was extreme stress/depression from other things going on in my life. Now that part of the stress has been lifted I’ve seen a lot of improvement, but when I finally get the chance to see a doctor I’m going to ask him a bunch of questions.

Cyclope I think you need to adjust your training to target girth, that’s all that’s preventing those firth gains.

That said, you may want to continue with your length routine until you hit your desired length and then switch to a girth focused routine.

Yes kooljohn. Right now I totally put girth work aside and I plan to do only but only girth exercises when I hit 8”. Actually even 7.5” is more than enough in terms of length. When I deep penetrate for a good while, my gf tells me to stop because she says it is going too deep down and hurts bad. Well, she does like it when I make a few good quick strokes deep down every once in a while (I have to admit it is great ego boost when I see the expression on her face caused by a mixture of pain and pleasure coupled with the moan :) ) but as I said, getting penetrated deep continuously becomes a pain for her and she says stop. I guess that would apply to most woman. At 8”, 3 or 4 out of 100 women would want even deeper so I don’t think I would want more than 8” length. But when it comes to girth…

That damn magic 8x6! Every man’s dream. :)
