Day One
So I found this site last night after searching through sites for a few hours. And I was definitely discouraged by the time I found this place. But after reading through the newbie thread and some of the glossary, I decided that I wanted to try PE out. I recently started consistently working out 4-5 days a week. And now my goal is to make this a consistent routine as well. I just have a few questions about how.
1) I live in an apartment right now with three other guys, how would you all recommend that I keep this as discrete as possible?
2) I don’t know which exercises to do and for how long just starting out, I’ve read that just Manual stretching and jelqing go well together, but for how long? Any advice is great here.
3) Is going every day a good thing to start out? Or is taking a break better to start out?
