So I found this site last night after searching through sites for a few hours. And I was definitely discouraged by the time I found this place. But after reading through the newbie thread and some of the glossary, I decided that I wanted to try PE out. I recently started consistently working out 4-5 days a week. And now my goal is to make this a consistent routine as well. I just have a few questions about how.

1) I live in an apartment right now with three other guys, how would you all recommend that I keep this as discrete as possible?

2) I don’t know which exercises to do and for how long just starting out, I’ve read that just Manual stretching and jelqing go well together, but for how long? Any advice is great here.

3) Is going every day a good thing to start out? Or is taking a break better to start out?

After that, start the newbie routine in that reading. Stick to it to get conditioned and avoid any injuries, as it’s no fun to have to stop and care for an injury within the first few months.

As for privacy, you can do the newbie routine in less than a half hour, so I would suggest the warm up in the shower, then pretend you’re on the pot for the duration. Time your sessions around when you know the others won’t be home for awhile too.

Follow the 2 days on one off to start. You will start feeling good about how your dick feels and looks, but do not jump ahead - there are many people on here with a lot of experience so heed the advice of conditioning I can not stress this enough. And don’t blow off the warm-ups and warm downs, very important for growth and to lessen the chance of injury. After 3 months you can start modifying and adding different exercises, be patient. I got a knot in my dick in the first few weeks from pushing it and lost a month before it went away, then another few weeks to make sure it didn’t come back. Now I’m 3 years in and growing steadily and safely.
