So I’ve figured out my gains. All increased blood flow to dick from supplements.

I’ve tried PE and I only get negative PIs even with rest periods and very very light jelqing.

You are much bigger than average in length and exactly average in girth. So you are bigger than average. Your paranoia is not necessary. Bigger than me on both fronts and I do just fine. The biggest I’ve ever measured, which unfortunately I can no achieve due to weak erections, was 6.2 in girth. Last time I measured with a very weak erection I was 14.5cm girth. I remember using a very small cock ring once, and my dick looked like someone elses. Every single vein it had popped out, even veins I never knew of. Try girth only exercises, that said, keep in mind that this isn’t exactly a science, and realize that what you want, may take a long time. Years even. Its like going to the gym for the first time, with the intention of being a massive body builder. Rome wasn’t built in a day. Don’t give up.

Loss of girth - I was up to 13 cm but I think it’s mostly because of supplements. I’m now down to about 12.3

Hard time staying hard for long periods especially when masturbating. My erection subsides very quickly when masturbating.

Do a log. Start with some jelqs. Enough to not give you bad PI ‘s. Should be easy to find when you start with let’s say 20 jelqs day1 and increase until you get bad PI’s . Then back off and hover around that zone.

There are a lot of girth exercises of varying intensity. Jelqs first, then after you know what you can take some uli’s squezzes and maybe even clamping.

Pumping can be a good tool too.

This all will take some time and due diligence. Rushing this will only give you problems.

Forget what your friends think, and find positives of the situation.

For example, your length is perfect, which means you don’t have to focus on length exercises at all. I would try C grip jelqs, those are generally girth oriented. Just focus on your goal, and work your way towards that, and in a year or so when you reach your goal, maybe you could forcefully change those girls’ minds haha.

So as far as the C grip jelqs is that just an overhand jelq against the CC’s only?

Anything else besides jelqs you can suggest?

Horse 440 squeezes, clamping, pumping with a correct size cylinder and a few other exercises such O-bends are all said to work girth.

You can search all those, read about them and see what works for you.

Start on a 1 on with a 2-3 day off routine

Give more time for rest if needed

Since your length is well above average and your girth is average, visually it may seem that your dick is skinny, when in reality it’s not.

Stated differently, if your unit was, say, 5.5” in length with the same girth, it probably wouldn’t appear to be skinny at all.

So, really, be glad you have such length and focus on gaining girth, like you are now doing.

Thanks bud! I’m feeling optimistic…

Right now I’m doing some bundled stretches/ tunica tugs mix (I combined two exercises in one) under hot water in the shower… I do that for about 10 mins

Then I do some double erect squeezes about 3-5 reps 30 seconds each

Then edging for about 20 mins…

I’m not sure if that’s enough or not but it’s enough for me to feel sore for about 1 hour after.

I will tell you what I would do if I were you.
First, if you have pain in penis, you must take a break. One week for example (long enough for the pain to disappear).
Breaks are always good to do. It helps the dick to recover and it helps finding a new motivation for PE (when you have finished the break, you are happy to start again).
Then I think you should do only jelqs (after warm up). No stretch. My theory : the simpler, the better.
If you have many weeks of PE experience, you can do 30 min. jelqs/day. If not, you must start with 10 min and increase gradually till 30 min.
Important if you have erection problem : you must do 50 kegels/day of five second holds each, .
If you want to work on the girth, the jelqs must be done with 80 or 90% erection.
Another advice : I prefer doing 2 sessions of 15 minutes rather than one of 30 minutes. Because after 15 minutes of jelqs my dick is tired, erection is more difficult to get. And high erection is important if you want to work on the girth.
If during the jelqs you have problems to get high erection, you can stop for a moment, do edging to give you more erection, then finish your jelqs.
You should try this routine for one month and see what it gives. If it doesn’t give gain, you can try something more intense. We can help you find the best one for you.

When I started PE, I have gained 0,3 inches in 2 months with this routine and widely improved my erection.
So don’t worry, your morning wood will come back and your girth will increase.
