Determining erection
Jelqs and other PE exercises require a certain % when it comes to erection levels. What I’ve noticed personally is that the threshold between being semi-erect to nearly completely erect is that the inside of the penis firms up to where there really is little give when you squeeze to do a Jelq repetition. I can perform them by doing a kegel to force extra blood inside, and the penis size will increase to equal or greater than fully erect, but there is still some bendibility, both upward, downward, and sideways.
Am I at the right % or should I try and increase it a little closer to fully erect?
