Dick gets softened

Hi,

I’ve just completed one month of continuous PEing (only stretches, no jelq, warm up or down) . Although I’ve not seen any gains still, I feel like my dick is softened permanently. Anybody experienced this type of thing?

Yeah I’ve experienced the same thing also with a numbness of the glands anyone else know what causes this or what to do?

Numbness ? Are you gripping too hard ? You should only be gripping lightly to moderately. Jelqing is essential in any workout to get more blood into the penis and also because it’s just the damn best PE exercise ever ! ;)

Softened?? You should do some jelqing,warm ups and downs. They should help in your pursuit for size.
