Yeah RealSlim, I think so, I have been doing lots of clamping lately and had an BM x20 I just got the x30 yesterday, my extender broke the pieces fell off while wearing and I couldn’t find them, I didn’t notice til later. Going to get abetter one, that one I got on eBay for 20 bucks, it was a knock off x4, I am looking at getting a vacuum hanger/extender/stretcher. I take a mens daily vitamin and vitamin b and zinc I just got arginmax at GNC I think that will help for everything in gaining.

Damnit, I am just interested in the aesthetic of it, maybe from seeing things, but kinda interested in seeing if the increase of blood flow will help in girth and length. Idk I’m hoping. I feel like it will show that PE is actually real, and it is working to see if I can get a veiny dick.

Raybaby. That is good thinking. Have seen that as well, kinda forgot. I think that all these things that are the same or kinda aiming at same thing show that there is a way to gain in lots of ways and that it is all what works best for people. Also I just got a supplement that has a good amount of L-Arginine and other things that are aimed for PE. That is good thinking for cardio things. I need to do more and I kinda suck at jump rope I have done a couple boxing intro classes and I can never get the rhythm that boxers do where they barely hopping with each foot. I always have been interested in it. I love sports and boxing is Best better than MMA Baseball is my favorite sport, kinda off track lol. F It. I have been eating better and exercising. Have lost 10 pounds in month and a half I think it def helps to improve health to improve other body parts. I am 24 yrs old. Am in pretty good shape but wanted to get back to how I was in high school playing football pretty much year round and baseball in competitive leagues. Thanks This forum and PEGYM is so cool. Help learn a lot and improve health. Which is never bad.

Mine seemed to get more veiny when I started pumping. Dunno if that was it though because I was still doing my normal jelqing/stretching as well.

Squeezes and, in particular, horse squeezes made me much more veiny. In combination with dry jelqing.

I certainly won’t be the one to discourage anyone from performing any exercise. I’m not here to determine when you or your penis is ready. Just be careful and everything should be fine. I started clamping after a month of PE. Safety and common sense lie with the executor. Most injuries are accidents (fell asleep w a clamp on, dropped the weight off a chair while hanging, squeezed too hard and fast during a jelq, wife walked in and you jumped up with weights on your cock) etc. Just pay attention and I bet you’ll gain.
