I would like to get a veinier dick, is there anything to do this. I have heard that jelqing, I have heard both wet jelqing and dry jelqing increases amount of veins in dick, is there anything else and how long does it take like when should look to see if doing something incorrect if nothing is changing or whatever. Or is there any supplements that help also do any of the subliminal sounds help in this at all or anything else if you know thanks for help.

Start jelqing and see how long it takes you. Everyone is different.

I’ve notice slight vein gains from pretty much any girth exercise. I hear, but haven’t tried, that clamped jelquing does a really good job of increasing veins. I’d assume anything the forces larger amounts of blood than usual through the vein would cause expansion and this being repeated eventually will lead to growth.. So maybe extreme Ulis or even just the Uli#3 would also work.

Let us know if you find something that works well.

Hey Diddy24,

I’ve only used jelqing and stretching so far (because I’m still getting gains this way) and started noticing tiny veins showing up at the base of my unit before I knew that that could even happen - I later read up on it on TP to find that it’s a not uncommon side effect of various kinds of PE, probably provoked by the need to supply new tissues with sufficient blood supply.

My new veins are now inching down my shaft and have almost reached my glans and while still small, they are slowly increasing in diameter as I make progress. I can’t say which is more effective at provoking increased vascularity (jelqing or stretching - my hunch is that it’s both), but the veins are certainly more predominant while jelqing (but my gut says that’s not causing it, rather it’s the need of the tissues long-term to be innervated with sufficient blood supply).

Like Jimmybob55 said, everyone is different and with our body’s physiology being as complex as it is, I think the catalysts for any kind growth in any of us is no doubt very different as well. I think if you concentrate on your exercises and improving your EQ, your body will automagically produce the veins for you IF that’s in the cards for you. Just curious if your veiny elsewhere like on your arms (for the sake of reference, I am not)?

I didn’t get into them for PE, but I am a huge believer in the use of positive affirmations in other areas of my life but I’ve applied them to PE as well. For example, it can be as simple as saying, “The blood flow to my genitals is increasing” or “The tissue in my penis is growing” or “New veins are growing on my unit” - stuff like that. This isn’t magic but rather putting positive messages in your brain’s operating system so that it can bring these things about for you in its own amazing away (I suspect subliminal stuff would work similarly but I don’t like someone else programming my brain, no thanks).

Anyway, just based on my personal experience, I’d give it time, take it slow and let it happen. Best of luck!

You can make the old “OK” sign around the base of your erect penis and just hold that for 30 seconds at a time. As for supplements, L-Arginine, or citruline, which your body converts to Arginine, is good. Also, if you have the time, do some form of cardiovascular exercise. Running, jump rope, Stair Master, Anything that will elevate your heart rate for a half hour or more.

I would guess anything that increases bloodflow to your penis would work, including all forms of PE, and dick pills.

Deepwrath, ya that sounds perfect I am going to do clamped jelqing, hadn’t really thought of that, have only been here for a month or 2 and PE for 8 months. Thanks for that info/tips/ideas.

I do this type of stuff too, I believe the mind is very powerful and you can “program” yourself like you say. Ever since I was young I was just telling myself that I would be tall, don’t know why even but I wanted to be 6’3. Today I stand 6’3… I current am trying this same type of mind “trick” with PE and so fair I seem to be gaining great.

And about the dick veins I definitely notice I’m getting veinier and I even have one of those little bumps in a vain like some porn stars have too.
