Dick weight lifting
I’ve tried to find information from other people that do this with no luck, so I’m starting a new thread. Even before I discovered Thunders and systematic methods of PE, I was doing the following exercise, not really understanding what, if anything, it would help with:
Get a strong 9-10 erection (mine points up a little, so this helped) and hang a towel, a shoe, or something around that weight range on the glans. In my case, the weight wanted to point my dick down at the base, with the whole shaft remaining rigid. I would then kegel to counteract the weight I was hanging. Basically the same principle as weight lifting. I do several reps of this lift and several sets if I can keep the erection long enough. Afterward my dick feels nicely fatigued.
To this day, I am not sure what muscle this exercise works. I think it’s the PC, but hopefully someone can offer incite. I find that the day after I do this exercise my erection is stronger and harder, and I think it’s a good part of a kegel routine.
