I’ve tried to find information from other people that do this with no luck, so I’m starting a new thread. Even before I discovered Thunders and systematic methods of PE, I was doing the following exercise, not really understanding what, if anything, it would help with:

Get a strong 9-10 erection (mine points up a little, so this helped) and hang a towel, a shoe, or something around that weight range on the glans. In my case, the weight wanted to point my dick down at the base, with the whole shaft remaining rigid. I would then kegel to counteract the weight I was hanging. Basically the same principle as weight lifting. I do several reps of this lift and several sets if I can keep the erection long enough. Afterward my dick feels nicely fatigued.

To this day, I am not sure what muscle this exercise works. I think it’s the PC, but hopefully someone can offer incite. I find that the day after I do this exercise my erection is stronger and harder, and I think it’s a good part of a kegel routine.

wow, I thought I was the only one. I made my own set of penis weights, using pennies and used tea bags. (i remove the tea when I am done, and they are nylon) I sew them into place, making a circle. This way when i do the exercise, i am able to keep the erection in the full up position. I have been able to increase the weight over time.

I am staying with my in laws and I found some weights which fell out of the bottom of the window shades. I attached these together using a baggie tie, (to keep them from clacking together on the bottom) on the top I loop these together with a rubber band. These make an excellent set of weights. At first it was too much, but I have adjusted. Usually I do several sets, and then clamp my unit, and let everything hang with the weights. Its not quite hanging, as I don’t think anyone clamps while hanging. Its also pretty light. Maybe 1oz or 2 or something.

Old news. You guys should try penis hammer throwing instead.

does anyone know if there is an upper limit to this sort of thing? I am just imaginging what it would be like to do this using 5 lbs or something. I don’t know if I will ever get there. It seems like it would place too much pressure on the unit. But it is something exciting to thing about! I think visualization helps immensely.

Pfff. I do penis pushups; lay on your belly with your hands behind your back and lift yourself off the ground.

I also use this technique to rip holes in my pants as a party trick.

I glue tacks to my unit and use it as my ice pick when I climb mountains.

Good idea on the tea bagging idea, Aegi. Even better idea with ice pick, Dymn. I’ll have to try those.

You can do this with Golf Weights. Not a lot of places still sell them. I think Monty has them. Just use them as with any resistance exercise, increase the weights as you get stronger.

I would work primarily in in an endurance rep range (15-25 reps per set, maybe 5-6 sets per session) as you want to improve the endurance of the BC muscle and not necessarily make it bigger.
