Did I Mess Up My Gains?

Long time lurker, first time poster! I finally bit the bullet and started up with PE four weeks ago. I’ve gotten good gains (+.3” EG, +.5” BPEL) but I’m worried that I messed things up today. I did my usual Bath-mate/jelqing/stretching routine, and then tried traction wrapping afterwards. I could only stand it for two hours because I wrapped it so tight. When I first took it off, my dick was hanging much lower and seemed to retain that Bath-mate thickness. My dick was kind of in pain, but it looked great.
Now, my penis has retracted to it’s original flaccid size and is pretty sensitive. I want to stretch but am worried that I’ve damaged my penis. The hang I’ve acquired the past few weeks is gone. It looks smaller than ever before. What gives? I know I shouldn’t have wrapped so tight, but I’m worried that I’ve messed up all my gains from the past month. I know this is a marathon, not a sprint. However, I’m interested if anyone has any insight. Thanks.
