Different kegel-routines
I have just started jelqing, and now I’m gonna start kegeling, too. I have read alot about this, and have found different routines. The one at the newbie routine is the simplest though, so my main question is; have any of you gained success from the routine here? By success I mean that you can last how long you wish in bed, without ejaculating. Cause that’s my goal. If you have any better routine, feel free to post it.
I have another question too: Like I said, I have started jelqing. My goals are to grow my dick proportionally. Can I achieve that with just jelqing? How many procent erect if that’s the case? I now go for 80 %, but my dick gets both longer and thicker after a workout (if that matters). And even if, for example, stretching makes things go faster, that’s not my concern. I’m not in a hurry. :) I can mention that I’m 6” BPEL and 3.5” around, and my first goals are 6.5” BPEL and 4” around. 0.5” increase, that is.
