I’m uncut. So I pull down my foreskin to make a grip and start pulling my dick but then my dick starts to get hard. It makes stretching difficult. Is there any way to stop my penis from hardening up when stretching? Should I use baby powder when pulling?

I used to get hard when stretching. But I eventually got used to it. But the best way I stopped from getting hard while stretching is to look at the clock and count how many seconds I held the stretch. That’s what I did, or you could always think of an ugly woman while stretching, that might keep you from getting hard!

Your penis will be expecting a masturbation session as soon as you put your hands on it, because that is what it will be used to.

After a little while, your brain will get re-programmed to know not to give you an erection for a stretching session, but until that happens, just masturbate a couple of hours before your stretching session; it will speed up the ‘learning’ process. If you masturbate immediately before, your penis will be too sensitive.

Baby powder is messy; just use a square of toilet paper. It works very well and allows you to get a good grip with far less grip pressure.

Maybe you shouldn’t pull your foreskin down. I tend to get hard if I do that.

Hey thanks for the advice, masturbating afew hours before the stretch really helps by keeping my penis flaccid :)

Masturbating as Firegoat said works great, you could also try latex gloves instead of baby powder. They wont stop an erection as that is mental but they give a god awesome grip and I have found that they don’t hurt my member as much (probably from less slipping).

Masturbate before.
Don’t do stretches while you are hard.. If you get hard while doing stretches, stop and only continue when you’re flaccid again. You can do the following things:
1. Think about ugly women, count seconds, talk to yourself, anything that helps you. In time you will get used to it, in jelqing as well.
2. Squeeze your glans. I find that helps me when I’m getting hard.

And continue practising, this is most important, in time you will know exactly what to do when you’re getting hard.
