Does anyone warm up this way

I fill a large cup with very hot water in the shower then press it against me, with my penis inside. Seems to work pretty well.

I’ve heard of a few guys around here who use that technique, just try to keep it away from your testicles.

I have heard of guys doing that aswell. I have tried it a couple of times but I don’t think it is for me. I would suggest trying a rice sock or some other kind of heating pad.

And what do you do with the rice afterwards?

Re-use it again, multiple times. Otherwise, it would be a bit expensive way to warm-up. :)

OK, I was afraid it isn’t good to re-use it. ; )

Anyway, I don’t really use it for a pre-PE warm-up, but when I had my urological problems and my penis used to hurt (mainly the urethral orifice), it really helped me to heal it. I filled a cup with a hot (not too hot, actually just warm) chamomile tea and put my willy inside. It felt really great.

But it wouldn’t be as great for PE, as the tea didn’t stay hot for a long time. After 3-5 minutes it wasn’t even warm any longer.

Hot water doesn’t give me the same kind of feeling, tea is much better. :)

I suggest a 250w IR lamp anyway, if you can find one. They are relatively cheap and heat goes deep in tissues.

Yep I use this too, as a stealth PE’er I don’t think the Mrs would be over pleased to find one of my socks stuffed with our best basmati blocking up the washing machine filter. Use a pint glass - the higher volume of water stays hotter for longer

I simply take the shower head and work either side fo the penis with the hot water until I feel warm enough (trying to concentrate on the pensi and not testicles). Very basic I’m afraid. I’m currently researching IR lights, but am a bit unsure of the effects it may have if it catches the testicles too.

A cup of warm water is my main method of warming up for me as well as other members here. The only difference for me is that I just put a cup of water in the microwave for about 20-25 seconds. Works great.
