Does edging have any use for improving effect of exercises?

Does edging have any use for improving effect of exercises?

This is not a premature ejaculation question.

I’m asking merely whether doing some edging (on top of PE exercises) might be helpful for improving the rate of gains. As in, more lengthy periods of time at full 100% erection.

Might the blood to the penis help bring on improvements in girth/length, in addition to jelqing etc.?


STARTING STATS - 02/02/2015: BPEL 7.6 --- MEG 5.25 --- 5.25" with semi erection; but 5.16 MEG with 100% boner; BEG 5.47

CURRENT - 13/03/2015: I had to check a few times, but I'm pretty sure I got a genuine BPEL 7.8!! Will check girth again in a couple of weeks

GOAL: BPEL 8.50 --- MEG 5.5 --- BRING IT ON! (I've revised my goals for the time being; maybe I was being too ambitious too early on)

Definitely, if you have super hard erections, then edging will help. Some have gained from edging alone, it depends on the quality of your erection. If done after a work out I do believe it’s a great way to maximize the expansion previously created .

Would this be done after the ‘warm down’ with hot wrap, or beforehand, and finally end with hot wrap? Thoughts?

You are starting above average in all aspects. Keep at it and you will have a kingpole someday. Your dick is certainly not Lacking to begin with.

Yes it will help, probably a lot. Off the top of my head it sounds like a damn smart thing to do at the end of a session for at least three reasons.

I use edging at the end of PE as a barometer. If I get and keep a nice erection I know I’ve not overtrained. If it’s difficult to achieve, I go a bit lighter the next session.
