Who ever told you that is a freaking idiot. I go to the gym literally almost every day. usually 6x a week, and I’ve been a great gainer. But before I started PE I was already a weight lifter for at least 4 years and I NEVER lost any size of my penis! If anything the gym HELPS because you condition your heart and cardiovascular system which supplies blood and oxygen to your body AND penis. Also if you LOSE weight you’ll actually UNCOVER more penis if you have a fat pad…
Be careful who you take advise from in all aspects of life bro. Don’t ask a non-weightlifter about lifting weights. Don’t ask an insurance advisor for financial advise. And don’t ask somebody who has never PE’ed if it works.
