Does it all cause bad EQ?

I’m wondering if I’m getting negative PI’s or possible a more serious underlying issue.

I have started pumping and it has killed EQ

Too many stretches and more bad EQ.

The linear routine is the only program I haven’t struggled with.

I’ve had issues with ED in the past indicated in my progress thread. I chalked it up to being fat, lazy, and porn issues. I want to hit my dream goal of 7in NBP but now I’m constantly adding extra rest days trying to heal. My sex life is starting to suffer. (Sex everyday)

I wonder if my very active sex life warrents an easier going approach.

Thoughts?

I need to note I pumped 2 sets. A 15min set at -5hg and a 10min set same pressure.

I don’t have any type of ED. But I am a less is more type of guy. I find any exercise done at medium/high intensity kills my EQ. Lower intensity exercises (like extending) reduce my EQ for anything up to 24 hours but then it fully recovers.

Try half that pressure for a while.

If you are having sex every single day you’re going to have to tone down your PE routines. Quite literally your penis can’t run marathons and train for marathons on alternating days. The Linear Newbie is a scaled down routine which works with guys who don’t have a lot of conditioning or simply the energy for a more involved routine.

I think you simply don’t have the energy right now, with a very active sex life, for a very involved routine. I’d drop the pump indefinitely at least at this point and stick with the Linear Newbie after a week of zero PE.

You always give great advice. Thank you. I will go back to the linear routine. This EQ issue has been stressing me the hell out.

Always listen to your body. Nothing works the same for everyone. In fact, one man’s miracle method can be another man’s poison. Even the slightest amount of pumping seems to be detrimental to me too. So learn, and then go with things that do work for you.

Stretching is notorious for lowering EQ. Girth work has been known to improve it. I’d take at least a week off (I am currently on a week break as well, EQ has been steadily declining).

Nothing wrong with taking a break, your gains won’t evaporate. And having a functional penis is far more important.


Problem solving with fire.

I started clamping about a week and a half ago, and have noticed my EQ getting better. I’m not really doing much else besides some light stretching in the shower sometimes.

I really appreciate all the help I get in this forum. On a break until next Monday.

Glad I found a couple of these posts, my EQ has been up and down the last few months and I’m starting to think some it might be caused by PE. My routine is not crazy, just some stretching, jelqing, keggals and bathmate 5 -6 days a week but my sessions are not long, 10-15 min in the shower. I might take a week off then just scale back to 2-3 days a week. I have sex just about every night with my wife so I think it’s just over kill doing this in the morning then sex at night.

I’m not an experienced pumper yet, but I assume it should be like clamping. When you’re finished you should have a big fat hang. If you don’t you’re probably pumping at too high of a pressure for your penis. try 4hg instead and see how you feel. Also the size of your tube & penis could be a factor.

Most length exercises in my opinion result in lower EQ. With girth we’re focusing on pumping the dick full of blood. Not so much so with length as we need to be flaccid. Once you stop length for a couple days and do some girth exercise or jelquing it should come back up fairly quickly.
