Does PE really work?

I just signed up for this website and I’ve done research on this before but I usually come out with negative feedback. This is the only place I’ve been to that seems to be sayin the exact oppisite. Please tell me the best best newbie exercises as well if this is true. Thanks alot

First off I have to say that you need to rid yourself of this negative approach. It’s good to be skeptical but if you don’t have the right mind set and actually put forth a legitimate effort you won’t generate success.

No it doesn’t work, we just like to pull our dicks a lot :D mudbud gave you a link and it’s the best way to start for all newbies. And and one more thing, I don’t want to put pressure on it. But just take a little look on the Forum Guidelines thanks and enjoy our wonderful forum.

This is the only downside when the forum opens for new members, there are many threads such as this one.

I don’t mean to sound rude or anything, but this topic has been discussed to death, and there are a lot of threads that give some explanations of why we members think PE is still doubted.

Do yourself a favor and do the newbie routine for 4 months, I bet you will answer your own question.

Couldn’t say it better than dyablo, test the newbie routine for 3-4 months. It’s free, you have nothing to lose. Then come back to this post at the end of that newbie routine and let us know the answer to your question ;)

It doesn’t work! Ignore mine and everyone else’s gains.

PE doesn’t work. I haven’t had ANY gains. That’s why I’m hear and hanging weight from my unit daily.

Does PE work? No it does not. There are not actually 115,000 members and 1.3 million posts. Its actually one guy faking every post and making up imaginary gains. And why? Just to make some money off of you… Oh wait. Your not paying anything. And there aren’t any advertisements on here. NVM i guess PE does work.
