I am a little lazy so is it possible to gain length and girth without doing jelq exercises( I don’t think I would gain in girth a lot)? I researched but couldn’t find a certain answer.

FWIW that’s precisely what I’m doing at the moment - I’m following an extremely lightweight routine consisting solely of fulcrum stretches, i.e. 1-2 one minute V-stretches a few times throughout the day (adding up to about half a dozen, give or take).

I’ve started the Newbie Routine twice since last summer and only got a few girth gains, but didn’t get anywhere length-wise with the basic stretches - this V-stretching-only routine I’m doing now has yielded FSL gains of about 1-2mm per week for the past month, so I’m going to keep doing that for a while before adding jelqs back in.

I’m going to remember this. Though I’ve had success with the basic stretches and jelqs so far, summer is coming and I know I’ll have very little time to do a full routine. This lightweight routine may be just what I need to at least stay consistent with some form of PE over those months.
