Dry jelq squeeze?

Has anyone attempted the jelq squeeze dry, moving up with the foreskin? Like a regular dry jelq but with a hand tourniquet trapping blood at the base. Would just like to hear experiences and opinions on this approach.

I think that they can be very effective. That said, I’d definitely not recommend them for a newbie. They would be too intense for someone whose penis isn’t quite well conditioned.

Over the last 11 years tried or so I’ve probably tried, to some extent, every known form of PE.

Clgp7 it seems that in 2005 you made your biggest gains in length and girth in a relatively short time span. What was your routine? Also, what was the most effective method to increase girth that you found ?

During that time period, I’d say that jelqing and stretching, essentially the newbie routine, were the biggest contributors. I didn’t get into pumping or jelq squeezes, etc. until later.
