Due to my schedule, I cannot really devote a lot of time to PE. Dry Jelqs are one of the few exercises that take little time and don’t hurt, so I’m considering doing maybe 20 to 50 (as many as feels good) after the shower in the morning and evening, as well as when I have a few minutes such as after going to the restroom. Has anyone done this? Did it work? I may also use a bathmate, depending on input. Thank you!

Include some stretching and it should work as long as you don’t overtrain.


7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

3-22-17: BP: 8.44 NBP 7.56 x 5.75

I just jelq straight down, I really have no luck stretching, no matter what grip I take it hurts after about 20 seconds.

Don’t pull hard. Just pull to max length and hold it there.

It’s better than doing nothing but you’ll need to be careful not to hurt yourself as you have no warm up.

You’ll also miss out on an important factor of PE, which is the constant heat throughout your excercises.

If you give more detail on the pain you experience stretching I’m sure someone can offer advice that will elimate that problem.

My adventures in PE:Damnit

I do some swings beforehand, in an effort to not be “cold”.

The pain stretching is in my grip, theres either too much pressure in the head, or the grip is just painful or uncomfortable. After I finish academy I plan to move on to a better program, but given the rigorous program, that isn’t happening for the next 3 months.
