Tried to write this on Main Member Forum but I couldn’t.=/

I wanted to hear some opinions about this subject.

Little background story first.
In our kickboxing exercises we do now and then this thing called dynamic stretching.
This simply means that we kick our leg quickly as high as we can, so it really feels in our inner thighs.
Obviously this it self won’t do any good stretching.but the idea is to loosen up our veins, so they could adept more static stretching.

For a couple of weeks now I have tried this theory in my PE.meaning in the middle of my exercise I do ten really quick pulls in each direction.sort of a jackhammer style moves with enough power so it really feels but doesn’t yet hurt (don’t wanna jack my unit off.^^), if you understand what I mean.
Can’t yet really say does this help any.but let’s hope I soon find out. My length grow has almost stopped, so any result would be positive.

I would like to hear some opinions about this. I tried to look from search and other sources here and didn’t find anything related to this.
JAI stretching is the closest thing, but in that you hold for 2 seconds, but in this you generally don’t hold the stretch at all, just quickly pull your unit back and forth.loosening veins to adept more static stretching.

That’s an interesting theory, I’ve done dynamic stretching in my sports too.

I want to hear some vets opinions on this.

I did this as well; I tugged quickly and powerfully… unfortunately, I don’t know if it worked, cause I didn’t stretch long enough to see any results.

Collagenous structures are generally believed to respond to both quantity of load and speed of application of load (at least this is how we strengthen tendons and ligaments in athletes). The faster you apply a load, the more the tissue will construct itself to avoid injury when subjected to a short duration, sharp force. You are most likely creating a resistance to stretch by ‘tugging’ really quickly.

It is the opposite of what I would do. I believe it is best to apply stretch very slowly.

There are two factors that determine the strength response of a tendon or ligament under loading: 1. the size and orientation of the fibres (how thick they are and whether they run in the direction of applied load), and 2. the speed of loading.

Collagenous structures have a resting length, an elastic range and a plastic range. The sort of ‘jack hammer’ stretching being talked of here is going to work the elastic range. As these structures exhibit increased strength, stiffness and resistance to stretch with an increased speed of loading, fast application and release of a tensile force within the elastic range will cause the structures to increase in thickness and strength to be able to cope with that type of loading again in the future.

JAI Stretching is a much better idea, with the application and release of the tensile force (stretch) applied in a very slow and controlled manner, along with the breath.

The veins are never going to be the limiting factor in gaining penis length; they are vastly more elastic than the ligaments and tunica of the penis.

Although it carries a high injury risk, once every couple of months I chill my penis down with an ice pack then give it a couple of sharp, controlled tugs in each direction. There is a small possibility that this may help break down any adhesions between tissue layers. This really is a very dangerous thing to do to a cold penis and I don’t recommend it to anyone at all, but mention it only because it is a possible application for the type of loading we are talking about here. I have no proof at all that there is any benefit to doing this.
