ED And Jelqing

I suffer from E.D., so I have a hard time getting a semi erect penis. Will jelqing work if I can’t obtain a erection? Or is there another route I can go?

Flaccid (dry) jelqs are thought to be somewhat an alternative to stretching. I really don’t know if they will help for girth.

We always discourage people from buying anything, since the majority of people really only need manual exercises to have gains and better erections; every rules suffer exception though, and yours could be one. So I suggest to buy a pump, and do a short pump session before jelqing. These are a couple of threads that could be of your interest

Of course you should address the main causes of your ED with an andrologist.

I suffer from severe ED (diabetic) so never have an erection while jelqing. However, I find that jelqing actually helps generate some engorgement such that after 50 to 100 jelqs my penis starts approaching a semi condition which provides plenty of blood to force up the shaft. I also find that blood flow improving supplements such as l-arginine, ginkgo Biloba, tongkat ali,, etc. improve the engorgement process.

My urologist had prescribed daily Cialis to help with my ED but it didn’t do much, so I now use it to improve my engorgement during PE exercises.

I have found that PE exercises, including pumping, have helped with my ED such that I get better results with ED. Meds at lower doses.
