I recently think I’m getting ED.. I am a bit stressed and over worked and haven’t been exercising as often as I should be.. I barely get morning wood anymore and my erections aren’t as “hard” as they used to be.. And for the first time ever being with my new girlfriend I wasn’t able to get an erection. Do you think if I start exercising more often and perhaps get on a better diet t hat could cure this? Or is this permanent forever and will need medication to fix.. Thanks I’m 26 years old. (Also master bate daily.. Should I stop that as well)

I’m not into PE but figured you guys know more about the man downstairs then any other forums. Thanks!

1-Don’t underestimate the possible impact of psychological factors (stress, performance anxiety…)

2-Of course, exercising and eating healthy can only help.

3-If you want to focus on improving your erection quality, there are PE related exercises that you can try. I say “PE related” because these exercises are not as likely to produce gains as are regular PE exercises. I suggest you start doing a regular kegel routine and that you check out this thread [tread=94525]Cheeva’s dick control: a primer[/thread]. As far as masturbating daily is concerned, my personal advice is that masturbating is good, but ejaculating daily maybe not great. Practice the control exercises that are mentioned in Cheeva’s thread, they worked great for me.

You seem to be doing the very things that will give you ED.

First, if you masterbate daily you tend to remove the “tension” you need to get erections for sex.
Also, unless you are very horny, will satisfy you sexual urges.

Stress and overwork = worry So that pushes relaxing attitudes out of your mind. Also it probably affects your appetite, and the vicious circle is complete.

Try having a quiet session when you get home from work when you just relax. Also make sure you get a good nights sleep when you aren’t with your girlfriend. If she is living with you then perhaps try gentle massage. A drink an hour or so before you go to bed, such as hot chocolate or other derings without caffeine might help you sleep better.

Do those sort of things and it will help you to become more relaxed.

Ok I’m’ going to try a weeks test, no cafine.. Exercise daily (walking etc. Cycling).. And awesome idea for the PE exercises. I’ll get back to you guys in a week to let you know if I’ve improved, The girlfriend is gone for a week so I plan on being able to perform when she returns.. (We don’t live together).. I’ve been just panicking thinking this is a permanent thing, good to know it can be cured.
