You seem to be doing the very things that will give you ED.
First, if you masterbate daily you tend to remove the “tension” you need to get erections for sex.
Also, unless you are very horny, will satisfy you sexual urges.
Stress and overwork = worry So that pushes relaxing attitudes out of your mind. Also it probably affects your appetite, and the vicious circle is complete.
Try having a quiet session when you get home from work when you just relax. Also make sure you get a good nights sleep when you aren’t with your girlfriend. If she is living with you then perhaps try gentle massage. A drink an hour or so before you go to bed, such as hot chocolate or other derings without caffeine might help you sleep better.
Do those sort of things and it will help you to become more relaxed.
