Enhancing Ballooning and Edging
I have been finding ballooning and edging to be very effective. At first I have done them both for extended periods of time, but I can’t realistically keep that up. What can one do to condense these into a shorter time period? Could the increased intensity actually make them more effective?
I have tried doing stretches and clamping before hand, and that works. Also doing a lot of kegels and stimulating the lower part of the penis and anus while stimulating the upper part with the other hand. Any other suggestions? Of course heat is a plus, and maintaining a sensual mindset helps.
