Maybe a dumb question but as a newbie I’m wondering about EQ gains.

When I took my initial measurement I was rock solid, does this mean I won’t gain about that with EQ??

Alot of guys seem to gain with EQ and I have issues getting solid most of the time. Surely not all these newbies measured when they weren’t solid?

If someone new starts with poor EQ, they normally would take a measurement as soon as they get hard but not necessarily at their hardest. I too don’t get rock hard erections straight away, I have to work up to them. I took my initial measurement after 5-10 mins of masturbating to make sure I was at my largest. Would this mean I won’t see a measurable size increase because I’ve taken it at the hardest point?

For accurate size measurements, its best to try to take it at similar EQ. Its like a lot of the “penis pills”, when they actually show an increase of size, its because they have caused a harder erection, not actually increased your size.

EQ is pretty much to assess if you are over training or not. PE done properly will allow true gains is size, meaning that at your highest EQ, if you measure again after proper PE, you will demonstrate real gains at the same EQ level.

PE is not a trick, it can produce real gains.
