For some reason I do not get an erection fast and it’s not very hard. I am on my fourth day of PE and it’s a monday do you this will get better by sunday

Well, let’s ask a few questions.

Were your erections relatively normal prior to those for days?

Have you been having a lot of sex, masturbating, or otherwise cumming in the last week or two?

What exactly have you been doing in your four days of PE? Summarize the activities, but give a sense of the pains you’ve encountered (if any) along the way.

It is certain that, if your libido and sexual response has dropped that significantly then you should stop PE for a while. Perhaps a minimum pf one month.

After following J123’s ‘New Newbie Routine’ for just over 1 week, I have already noticed a slightly improved erection. My penis feels somehow more healthier. I think it’s the kegels that’s doing it and perhaps the light (to start off with) jelqing.

I don’t know really, all I know is that I’m getting more random erections and they are rock rigid. Before I needed my lass to get me so hard.. It must be the increase in flood flow.
