I’m fairly new to PE and pretty secure with size. On the other hand, I sometimes have a hard time getting it up before sex and was wondering what exercises I could do to help fix that. Let me know, thanks.

Well, most people seem to find that kegels and general jelqing is a bit like allround fitness training. Is the issue also about getting it up alone or just when you are with someone? In the latter case it is likely to be a bit of a mental block.

How old are you and what kind of shape are you in? How much do you smoke or drink alcohol? This is just to get a baseline of where you are starting from.

I’m 19 and workout every day. I drink once a week or so and do not smoke. And to answer the previous post, it is sometimes with both, but more often with a woman. I’m sure it is a slight mental block haha getting worked up but I was hoping I could get some exercises to help control it more. Let me know, thanks.

It does sound like a mental thing and if so, no exercise will help. When you are with a woman don’t think about yourself at all. Just think about how sexy she is and trying to turn her on. As she gets turned on, the magic will be transferred to you.

If you want to start a routine, there is only one place to start, and that is with the newbie routine.

If you workout everyday and the intensity is high that can possibly affect your erection too. Going to gym is quite demanding and it puts stress on nervous system as much as on muscles.

You probably need to take at least three days off from exercises. Over exercising causes a drop in testosterone which would weaken your erections.

Awesome advice guys. I don’t workout the same body part at the gym everyday, I alter. But I can understand because I am tired often and do not get aroused as often. I’ll take your word on it and give it a try. Thanks guys.
