I do too. You will get erect, and when it subsides you will simply slip out of the ADS.

Experience.

Although I don’t get ‘boners’ anymore, every once in a while I’ll get a little excited.

When that happens in the ADS, I feel more tension on the ligaments. When the excitement subsides, I’ll slip out.
