Evaluate rutine
I have been doing PE for about 10 months now.
I`m gaining, but things are slow.
I warm up, about 5 minutes using water.
Then I do manual stretches for about 20-30 minutes.
About 20-30 sek hold, with about 5-10 sek between.
After stretching I do about 20-30 minutes of jelqing.
Erection during jelq vary, 30-90%.
I also do piss pulls on on days, not on off days.
This is mostly done 2 days on, 1 day off, 3days on, 1day off, 2days on, 1 day off, 3days on ..
Some time life gets in the way, and breaks can be 2-3 days.
I do kegels every day, when I remember.
EQ is good, mutch better than before I started PE.
What do you think, need feedback and suggestions :)
