I have been doing PE for about 10 months now.

I`m gaining, but things are slow.

I warm up, about 5 minutes using water.
Then I do manual stretches for about 20-30 minutes.
About 20-30 sek hold, with about 5-10 sek between.
After stretching I do about 20-30 minutes of jelqing.
Erection during jelq vary, 30-90%.

I also do piss pulls on on days, not on off days.

This is mostly done 2 days on, 1 day off, 3days on, 1day off, 2days on, 1 day off, 3days on ..
Some time life gets in the way, and breaks can be 2-3 days.

I do kegels every day, when I remember.

EQ is good, mutch better than before I started PE.

What do you think, need feedback and suggestions :)

After 10 months you might want to look into clamping for girth and hanging for length. They’re much more powerful techniques and, if you do your reading, involve a lot less manual effort than stretches and jelqing.

But do you’re reading! There’s lots to know, and they are dangerous techniques, but great anyway, I suggest trying new.

Ok, would it be an idea to add more time to the manual routine, or is this enough?

Well if you’re gonna do hanging then you can stop stretching altogether but you should still do some jelqing, it prepares your penis for hanging and is good after a hang set too. Same for clamping. You’d be jelqing for preparation rather than to grow.

If you’re not gonna try those techniques, at this stage I’m not sure adding more time stretching would make any difference. Manual stretching can usually only get you so far. Eventually you’re gonna have to impart more force on your penis than your hands can do, which is where hanging comes in.

If you don’t want to clamp, then you should read about Uli’s and horse squeezes or even manual clamping. I’m not sure adding any more jelqing would be worthwhile either. You’re sort of at the upper level of the amount of stuff that people do in terms of manual work. I do recommend moving up to clamping and hanging (carefully)
