Exercise after PE

Exercise after PE

I’m in week 2 of my Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday newbie routine. My mornings consist of taking a pre-workout supplement, PE for 20-25 minutes, then start my lifting routine.

I’ve noticed that I’ll keep a decent flaccid hang until I exercise. When I start exercising, I lose it and go into an almost turtle-like state. This makes sense: Blood and oxygen are needed elsewhere in the body, so the focus is on delivering the need there. I am wondering if this will have an effect on my PE work.

Anyone with experience?

Start: BPEL: 5.25" EG: ~4.5"

Current: BPEL: ~ 6.75" MSEG: ~4.75" BG: 4.825" BPFSL: 7"

Initial Goal: NBPEL: 7" EG: 5" Long Term Goal: 7.5" x 5.25-5.50"

The majority opinion on this is to exercise first and do PE after for the obvious reasons you stated.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Thanks for the reply.

Is there a time period I should wait between? 30 minutes? Hours?

The early morning hours are my “private time” where I can do my PE without my wife or three young daughters walking in on me. It is also the best time for me to exercise. I’ve been trying to give myself more space between when I PE and when I exercise, but concerned that my efforts are not efficient due to timing.

Start: BPEL: 5.25" EG: ~4.5"

Current: BPEL: ~ 6.75" MSEG: ~4.75" BG: 4.825" BPFSL: 7"

Initial Goal: NBPEL: 7" EG: 5" Long Term Goal: 7.5" x 5.25-5.50"

No real time period to wait after exercise to do PE. If you feel pooped out a bit, wait until you recover a bit, but if you feel energized from exercise, go for PE right away.

gottagolarger Warning to you! Do not try and time out every movement of your day to day activities like a choreographed movie. It is impossible!

Get PE and working out. Don’t meddlesome your head with thoughts of “should I do it now or wait 20 minutes, what will give me the best gains before or after” That will do nothing to help you grow but instead procrastinate your actions, delay the growth and probably perpetuate your shortcomings while reduce your enthusiasm.

Like gprent said though, PE after working out. It makes plenty of sense in lots of logic. You don’t wipe before you shit. So why put oils and lubes on your dick, that you need to wash off before going to work out to get sweaty and repeat the process again?

I think your analogy about oils/sweat/exercise etc is a bit baseless.

The concern is this:

Between a wife who would not understand and three young daughters, privacy is an issue. So is time. I’d love to be in a place where I could get my workout in after work, but I’m not. My options are to keep doing what I’m doing (wake up, PE, wait a bit, then exercise) or wake up earlier, exercise, then PE not too long after. I’m not sure what stage you are in life, but where I am, I have to have a plan to my day. If not, things will not get done. I am the exact opposite of what you describe: If I don’t plan, I’ll procrastinate.

I asked about if there is an amount of time to wait between PE and exercise to know if I woke up earlier, still did PE, and then waited a bit, would it be sufficient. I would rather PE first thing so I don’t have an 8/6/4 year old daughter knocking on the door while I’m tugging on my dick. And to be honest, I’m not sure if I exercised first if I’d keep from waking them up or if I would even have enough energy left to PE after.

As someone that suffers from major exercise induced shrinkage, even under light activities, I understand where you are coming from. My guy will turtle impressively with working out, going from my usual 3.5-4” flaccid to under 2.25” (yes I’ve measured). If you have flexibility in your schedule and you have concerns about the exercise shrinkage affecting gains, then by all means swap your workout order. If you don’t have that schedule flexibility then I would say keep doing what is working for you. I honestly can’t imagine that the order matters much. If you feel that you need to counteract the shrinkage, then in the shower give your dick a few good tugs to get it stretched back out. It is better to workout and PE in “the wrong” order than to drop one of them because you can’t fit into your schedule in “the right” way.

Think your question has been answered for the most part. The issue is your schedule. Sometimes sacrifices need to be made or being less rigid in your schedule. You lift weights everyday? Perhaps PE 1 day and for longer then next day lift weights again for a longer period. What about weekends?

I get shrinkage after working out so would never PE right before it. Not sure if it would affect gains.

I don’t see why you couldn’t do a PE routine, exercise, then heat and stretch after to counter the shrinkage, or wrap it before exercising and do some kegeling during. There has to be some kind of optimal compromise.

At birth I was given a choice between a good memory and a big dick, but I can't remember what I chose.

That’s what I try to do. When I get in the shower I work on getting an erection to promote getting blood back into my dick. I guess I’ll see after 3 months if it is helping. But for now I have to keep this schedule until some things loosen up.
