Exercise and Its Relation to Size

Exercise and Its Relation to Size

I’ve been hearing a lot of people on the TV in News, Talk Shows, and more that claim that losing weight will help increase the size of the penis. Thinking to myself, “This is just a ploy for me to lose weight and get healthy (I mean, there are guys out there like Ron Jeremy, and he’s supposedly well hung)”, I began to wonder if this is partially true? Is there anyone here that can contribute to this that has experienced an increase in size when they lost weight?

P.S. I’m TOTALLY not using this thread as an excuse to determine if I’ll get off my lazy ass to workout or not :P

Losing weight will make one’s penis “appear” larger, looking down at it. It may reduce the fat pad, thus increasing non-bone pressed length some, but no.

There’s also the cardiovascular benefit exercise brings; improved circulation.

I'm a big fan of 50 Cent, or as we call him in Zimbabwe, four hundred million dollars.

And improved circulation brings harder erections.

And a harder penis is a BIGGER PENIS

Let me tell you something else.

The more fat you are carrying around, the more your body converts your testosterone to EXCESS ESTROGEN.

It is normal for men to have some estrogen, but too much can lead to this:

Hair Loss
Headaches
Prostate Enlargement
Breast Enlargement
Irritability
Weight Gain
Puffiness

Getting in shape on the other hand, if you are weighlifting heavy with compound exercises, can raise your testosterone levels.

Hope this helps you get off your lazy ass and get to work. You will feel a lot better.

P.S. in the last few movies I saw of Ron Jeremy, he could barely get a hard-on. He had to grip it very tight at the base with his fist, it looked like he was strangling his poor floppy penis.

Not much of a role model.

In the old days he was not fat.

I’m going to use this thread to say that PE does wonders to EQ (which was already very good before doing PE, might I add).

Sta-kool, what are you referring to when you mention puffiness?

Yup, Ron Jeremy is a great example. Back in the 70s, when he was lean, he had a hard and long dick. Now it’s short and floppy. His huge belly hides much of its length, and his EQ problems could be related to his obesity, too.

Please :donatecar to Thunder's Place to keep it running.

Very informative.

I don’t know that how really loosing weight related to penis size

But I know exercise circulate the blood to whole body and this will help in PE

And don’t say any one

Great example.

I just looked at some of his vids and it looks like he lost about 30% of his length.

Like sta-kool says, fatty tissue helps aromatize testosterone into estradiol, and lowered testosterone + lowered bloodflow leads to poor maintenance of the penile tissues
