Explain Different Kegels
Hi,
I’ve never known that there was a difference in isolation of muscles down there until recently. For instance, I’ve been doing “kegels” by contracting my entire pelvic region, the front and the back. I’ve just discovered that I can contract my anus area, the back, while not contracting the penis area, the front. What is a true kegel and can someone outline the different types based on isolation?
This is sparked by one of Cheeva’s posts and made me think that I’ve been contracting the front too much, not the back and not reverse enough. I have severe involuntary kegels in the front and I’m looking to fix this for pre ejaculation.
