Hey guys I’m Rabo sometimes I have trouble with ejaculating way to fast and when it happens it’s impossible to keep my erection. I’m only 19 and shouldn’t have problems like this, I exercise regularly and lift weights. I also have problems getting a good erection especially with new partners I realize kegeling will help me but I’ve been doing them for three weeks now every day and I havent seen any progress, could there be something medically wrong with me. This subject is very sensitive to me and the cause of some of my insecurity as well as my current size (5.5”).I will appreciate some advice on how to get stronger erections and if there is anything else I could do on top of kegeling that could help me with staying power. You probably masturbate a lot. Having sex with another person brings different sensations. I suspect over time you’ll have less trouble. Kegels help, but aren’t the total “cure” for premature ejaculation. Foreplay is said to help. Less jerking off. Search the forums (use the “titles only” option) for premature ejaculation and you’ll find plenty of information.

Try edging or ballooning, it is good practice for longevity and staying power. But it is not a quick over night fix. Check out “Ballooning sweat rewards” “Ballooning gains” Do a search on the subject.

Kegaling in my opinion only helps with ED and erection quality.

Thanks guys for your advice and yes I do masturbate not too often, but at least once every day. I will try to keep it to once a week and see where that takes me. I will also search the terms edging and ballooning as I’m not to keen on the advanced exercises yet. I also do believe that anxiety is some of my problem I’ve only been having sex for a year now and since I’m not very big I have fear of performing with new partners any on advice on how to overcome anxiety all opinions are welcome.

Continue working on your kegals. Try to masturbate a couple hours before your sexual encounter.

If all else fails you could try picturing an old fat lady? Just joking, but seirously [seriously] good luck.

Masturbate a few hours before? Well for me, I’ve noticed that I’m more sensitive to erections later that day and especially the day after I masturbate. I used to every day but I’ve cut back to once every two weeks, to prevent seminal back up. Now lasting longer afterwards I couldn’t tell you, it makes sense though you’re penis and pc should be a bit tired so it’ll take longer to get the effect.
