You’ve claimed between 17-20%? I can buy 16 if we use the +/- 3% accuracy claimed by the methods I’ve sited. But, for this discussion, we’ll say your 17% is accurate. Is it out of the realm of possibility that an elite powetlifter, which makes me an elite athlete, would be near the natural max of muscular development? I see it difficult to claim anything but that being true.
