It supports what is naturally possible. At 190 cm(75” in height) the calculation put you maximum at 10% ~103kg. I think in lbs that’s about 206-210lbs. Other sites give very similar numbers. My bad if I come off aggressive I’m just passionate about these discussions about natural bodybuilder limits. Powerliftingredients, bodybuilding is all the same when talking about how much muscle one can build.

So then that would make your 17% claim close to correct and the combinations of our claims would put me at or near natural possibilities?

You’ve claimed between 17-20%? I can buy 16 if we use the +/- 3% accuracy claimed by the methods I’ve sited. But, for this discussion, we’ll say your 17% is accurate. Is it out of the realm of possibility that an elite powetlifter, which makes me an elite athlete, would be near the natural max of muscular development? I see it difficult to claim anything but that being true.

Well can debate all day. But the science doesn’t lie. Max at 10% for our height is about 210 give or take some lbs. Then there is the fact that during a cut you will sure lose some muscle being in a caloric deficit so you most likely wouldn’t end up at the absolute maximum. But we’ve debated this long enough it has been established that you are definitely not 12% but respect is still deserved for your time and gains in the gym.

I agree. You both have debated enough. A spirited discussion indeed, fair points placed on both sides but no clear way to settle it any closer.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I don’t pay much mind to body fat levels myself. Just stay around what I’m comfortable with, and if a stray I just make small changes to my diet. There are far more rewarding and fun things to pursue in training imo, like the 300 kg deadlift ;)

A 300 kg deadlift is a phenomenal achievement. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. My goal has always been a 1815 total.

It is indeed. I was getting pretty close to be able to pull it before I injured my back earlier this year, still rehabilitating 7 months later… Idk if I’ll ever reach 1815 though that is a huge total. Would put me up for medals at the IPF world champ’s in my weight class :D

I think it’s more of a bandwagon scenario where there are hundreds of posters here and all the ones who approximately 6’-3” are stating such.

What’s odd is that most people I know who claim 6’-5” are actually 6’-3”. People don’t realize how tall a barefoot 6’-3” actually is. Height inflation is very common, especially in professional sports, with the exception of the NFL.

Been there done that. I’ve herniated many discs and pulled muscles in my back on many occasions. It’s par for the course when it comes to powerlifting. We are stretching the boundaries of what a human is capable of doing.

A lot of people exaggerate their height. I swear I’m 6’3” barefoot though haha. No really guys I am!

Height is much like penis size. It is greatly over exaggerated. You can almost never trust someone to be telling the truth. It’s quite sad actually. Go to the celebrity height website and you’ll be surprised what some of their heights actually are. For instance, The Rock is just slightly over 6’-2” and has been billed as 6’-4” to 6’-5”, forever. You see this when people ask you your height, they’ll always be 2 to 3 inches high.

I only trust what other people have measured me as because it’s easy to inflate the numbers on your own. I’ve measured 6’-3.5” a few times but when my wife measured me one night I was 6’-3” on the nose. That’s what I claim.
